I help organizations understand what's actually causing operational friction before time and money are spent on the wrong fixes.

When Work Gets Harder Than It Should Be

Most teams are doing their best inside systems that have drifted over time. Processes become unclear. Ownership blurs. Workarounds accumulate. Eventually, everything starts feeling harder than it should be.

My work focuses on understanding how work is actually happening, identifying where systems have broken down, and helping leaders regain clarity before investing in solutions.

About Me

My background spans operations, administration, process improvement, budgeting, compliance, training, and organizational coordination in complex, highly regulated environments.

Over the course of my career, I have supported healthcare operations, training programs, workforce planning, budgeting, accreditation readiness, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional operational projects. My work has included operational planning, data analysis, process design, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, training development, and organizational communications.

I have served as faculty for regional leadership and administrative training programs, developed and delivered instruction on topics including process improvement, data analytics, finance, compliance, and leadership, and helped teams translate complex requirements into practical workflows that people can actually use.

Much of my work has involved understanding how systems function in practice rather than how they are supposed to function on paper. That means identifying gaps between policy and reality, clarifying ownership, mapping workflows, and helping organizations understand where friction, confusion, or unnecessary complexity have been introduced over time.

My approach is straightforward: understand current-state reality first, then determine what actually needs to change.

If This Sounds Familiar

I'd be happy to discuss whether an operational diagnostic would be useful.
